But now a short introduction, what herbalism actually is.
In the ancient wisdom of herbalism, the soul of nature is revealed, a bond that connects us with the ancient wisdom of our ancestors.
Herbalism is not just a collection of names and facts, but a door to a deeper connection with nature. Plants have not only an external appearance, they contain stories, legends and magical properties. Each has a unique energy and is endowed with an individual purpose.
Making herbal teas, tinctures or salves becomes a ritual act of bundling the elements of nature and putting my intention into it. It is as if I am talking to the plants themselves, as if we share a secret language that only those willing to listen understand.
And so herbalism becomes a path of healing, not only for the body, but also for the soul. The plants give us their gifts to help us on our path, to heal wounds and uplift us. They are the guardians of ancient wisdom, teaching us to live in harmony with nature and our own inner selves.
In the world of herbalism, I recognize the deep mysticism of nature and the magic hidden in the simplest things. It is a journey that never ends, and at every step another chapter in the book of plants reveals itself to me, another secret waiting to be unveiled.
